Refund Policy
Clients may request a refund within 10 days of service delivery, provided that no significant work has been completed.
For ongoing projects — such as custom development, integrations, or setup services — once work has begun, including the approval of digital proofs or the completion of agreed-upon milestones, partial refunds of up to 50% of the project fee may be granted.
Please note that refunds are not available for services or digital products that have been fully delivered and approved. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work at each milestone to ensure satisfaction and accuracy.
Service Delivery Policy
All services and digital products are delivered according to the timelines agreed upon at the start of each project. Delivery times may vary based on:
- The scope of work
- The complexity of the project
- The client’s responsiveness in providing necessary information, feedback, or approvals
While Pay Terminal will make every effort to meet project deadlines and keep clients informed throughout the process, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates in cases where delays occur due to factors beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
Orders and projects may be canceled before any work has started or prior to the approval of digital proofs.
Once development or fulfillment has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible. If a cancellation is requested after work has commenced, partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
